Jai Activewear (“we”, “us”), based in Puerto Rico, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit jaiactivewear.com or place an order, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Order information: your name, email, phone (if you give it), shipping address and the items you buy.
• Payment: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we only receive the payment status and basic details such as the card brand and last four digits.
• Messages: what you send us when you write to us.
• Your cart: it is saved only in your own browser so it stays there when you come back. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

Only to process and ship your order, send you order and shipping emails, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers we need to run the store: Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (hosting and order emails) and the carrier that delivers your package. Each one uses the information only to provide that service. We may also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes, and then delete them. Orders that were started but never paid are deleted automatically.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it (except what we must keep by law) by writing to jaiactivewear2026@gmail.com.

Children

This store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
