Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship to Puerto Rico and the United States. Shipping cost, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.

• Items in stock: your order ships within 5–7 business days.
• Items we are restocking or making for you: your order ships within 2–4 weeks.

If an order includes items with different times, we send it all together once the last item is ready, unless we agree otherwise with you by email. If something will take longer than these times, we will email you before it happens, and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

You receive an email when we confirm your order and another when it ships. Delivery times after shipping depend on the carrier.

Returns and exchanges

All sales are final. At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges, so please review the size and color before you buy. If you have any doubt about a size, write to us before ordering and we will help you choose.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: if your order arrives damaged, with a defect, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund it.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order that has not shipped yet by emailing us. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
