Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use jaiactivewear.com and buy from Jai Activewear, based in Puerto Rico. By placing an order you accept them.

Products and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax (IVU) and shipping, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. We show colors as accurately as we can, but they may look slightly different on your screen. Offers and discounts apply only while they are shown on the site and cannot be combined unless stated.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when your payment is approved and you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is no longer available, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

See our Shipping & Returns policy. At this time all sales are final, except for damaged, defective or wrong items.

Use of the site

The content of this site (logo, photos, designs and text) belongs to Jai Activewear and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of Puerto Rico.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico.
